Meet HTR-werkt

The intermediaries at htr-werkt visit clients themselves, ensure that vacancies are created, and select the right candidate from their personnel database to find the perfect match for the job in question.  

They handle the recruitment and selection of candidates entirely themselves. In order to be able to devote the necessary time, attention, and effort to this, htr-werkt was forced to find a back-office partner to take over the administration.

Outsource backoffice

Htr-werkt was looking for a party that could take over the entire administration. "Our administration was becoming too much. And because we do all our recruitment and selection ourselves, it is of course better to outsource this and thus have more time for the candidates and clients." Htr-werkt therefore started looking for a back-office partner who could help them outsource these matters.

Familiar and personal

htr-werkt found JEX Backoffice via LinkedIn. One of JEX Backoffice's Relationship Managers then visited htr-werkt to tell us more about our back office services. "JEX immediately felt very familiar and personal. Especially the contact with the Relationship Manager, because that is the first point of contact." The familiar feeling, together with the low factor of 1.77, were the deciding factors: htr-werkt chose JEX as its back office partner.

Focus on recruitment and selection

Since htr-werkt started using JEX Backoffice, the intermediaries have much more time for recruitment and selection. They can now spend their time on candidates and clients, and the administration has been completely taken over by JEX Backoffice. "We think the portal is great. You can see everything clearly. JEX was also very helpful in setting everything up at the beginning. They provided us with a lot of assistance. Candidates are easy to add and the hours portal is very useful. We use this the most." 

Personal Relationship Manager

Htr-werkt greatly values the Relationship Manager. “JEX's personal Relationship Manager is excellent. We can always contact them with our questions. Especially when we first started using the JEX Backoffice portal, we had a lot of questions. We could always call our contact person for this. They would immediately take care of it and we quickly received answers to all our questions.”
