This is the privacy statement of JEX Technology Group B.V. (operating under the name 'JEX') and its affiliated companies. This privacy statement provides information about the personal data we process in the context of our (temporary employment and recruitment) services, including our (AI) software and associated consultancy.

We value your privacy and explain clearly in this statement how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with all applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
- Personal data when using our (AI) software and consultancy services
Your personal data
When you use our (AI) software and consultancy services, we process the following data:
- account details: name, email address, contact details, username, and password;
- technical data: IP address, device and browser information, log files, and metadata about the use of the software;
- usage data: interactions with the software, preferences, and settings;
- consultancy data: information shared during advisory processes, depending on the nature of the service.
Purpose of processing
We process this data to:
- ensure the functionality and security of our (AI) software;
- to provide users with optimal support and experience;
- analyze and improve our (AI) software and services;
- provide personalized recommendations and insights;
- comply with legal obligations.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We only share your personal data with:
- our internal teams responsible for software development, support, and consulting;
- third parties that provide essential services, such as hosting and security providers, exclusively on the basis of a processing agreement;
- government agencies if we are legally obliged to do so.
Retention periods
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- (AI) software use: up to six months after termination of use of our (AI) software;
- consultancy data: up to two years after completion of the advisory process;
- necessary administrative data: up to seven years in connection with tax and legal obligations.
- Personal data when applying for a job
Your personal data
When you apply for a job with us, we process the following data:
- name and contact details;
- information from your resume and cover letter;
- information that you voluntarily provide in connection with your job application.
You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information provided.
Purpose of processing
We process your data to assess whether you are suitable for the vacant position. If relevant to the position, an assessment may be part of the evaluation. In addition, with your consent, we may conduct reference checks and consult public social media profiles. Providing personal data when applying for a job is not mandatory, but without this information we may not be able to assess whether you are suitable for the position.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Your data will only be shared with:
- prospective managers and HR staff within our organization who are involved in the application process;
- if you apply as a temporary worker or hired professional, with interested hirers/clients.
Retention periods
By submitting your application, you give us permission to store your data for up to one year after the application process has ended, so that we can keep you informed of future vacancies. Without your permission, we will store your data for a maximum of four weeks after the end of the application process. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
- Personal data of employees, temporary workers, and hired professionals
Your personal data
When you start working with or through us, we process the following data:
- identity and contact details: address, place of residence, place and date of birth, nationality, type of identity document, document number, and period of validity;
- work-related data: hours worked, skills, work experience, and educational background;
- salary and administrative data: copy of ID (for employees and temporary workers), personnel, salary, and absence records;
- Self-employed persons' details: Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, copy of insurance policy, invoicing and payment details.
Purpose of processing
We process this data to:
- facilitate your work and fulfill our obligations as an employer or client;
- to comply with tax, labor, and/or social security legislation.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We only share your data when necessary:
- within our organization for contract and payroll administration;
- with external parties if this is legally required or necessary for the performance of the agreement.
Retention periods
Your data will be stored:
- up to a maximum of two years after the termination of your employment or assignment;
- for tax and administrative purposes for up to seven years.

We will assess each request in accordance with the GDPR and inform you of the outcome within one month. If the processing is complex, this period may be extended by up to two months.
Data security and sharing
We employ strict security measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. This includes:
- physical, administrative, organizational, and technical measures such as encryption and access restrictions;
- processing agreements with external parties that process data on our behalf.
We will not transfer your personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless we have taken appropriate safeguards.
