Low Vision Totaal, acquired in 2024 and led by Anouk Vel and Raymond de Kuijper, works with clients throughout the Netherlands on a daily basis. During home visits, they conduct eye exams and work with the client to determine which solution is most helpful in their daily life.
This personalized approach remains at the heart of their service. At the same time, they saw an opportunity to streamline their processes, particularly in the areas of acquisition and customer contact.
