Low Vision Totaal, acquired and managed by Anouk Vel and Raymond de Kuijper in 2024, works with clients throughout the Netherlands on a daily basis. During home visits, they measure the client's eyes and work with them to determine which solution will be most helpful in their daily lives.
This personal approach remains at the heart of their service. At the same time, they saw opportunities to streamline their processes, particularly in the areas of acquisition and customer contact. At an AI knowledge event, they were introduced to JEX, where the AI CommunicationSuite and AI Sales Suite in particular immediately addressed a need that had not yet been adequately met internally.
The leads are now coming in reasonably warm. That is good for us and highlights how important the collaboration is for us.

The collaboration with JEX required a joint start-up phase. Because Low Vision Totaal operates in a niche market, it took time to find the right target group and approach. By continuously adjusting the approach in focus of sectors and outreach, the strategy became increasingly refined. AI is now delivering concrete benefits: the Communication Suite on the website handles many customer queries, reducing the workload for customer service, and the sales agent is targeting customers that were previously out of reach. The AI solutions are not a replacement for existing activities, but a logical addition that creates new opportunities and provides confidence for further growth.
