Anti-Discrimination and JEX

 At JEX , #WORKASONE JEX our guiding principle. This means that everyone belongs, everyone is welcome, and everyone feels safe. Every person is unique and valuable, regardless of age, background, faith, gender, or sexual orientation.

Our anti-discrimination policy aims to prevent discrimination and strengthen diversity and inclusivity. There is no room for discrimination, in any form or manner whatsoever.

Our policy is and will remain:

  • determined by the management;
  • continuously tested and improved;
  • shared with all employees;
  • actively communicated to all our stakeholders;
  • Included in our Employee Handbook and linked to a complaints procedure that is available to all stakeholders (employees, temporary workers, etc.).

Our policy is reviewed by management at least once a year. Every employee has access to this policy and all underlying documentation and information. Through our agreements and general terms and conditions, our policy also applies to clients/employers and temporary employment agencies with whom we collaborate.

When our policy changes, we inform our employees of the changes. The updated policy is also shared with all stakeholders. The latest version of our policy is always available at jex.
