Shortage of cleaning staff
After the coronavirus pandemic, the cleaning industry had changed significantly. During the pandemic, there were cutbacks in cleaning staff, but when the pandemic subsided, many people had retrained for other industries.
“A lot of investment was needed to find a new cleaning partner or temporary employment agency. This took a lot of time, which meant we didn't get around to it ourselves, which in turn caused problems in our planning.”
Ideal Concept has been a partner of JEX Works since June 1, 2022, where it makes use of the marketplace filled with hundreds of employment agencies. During that period, they have been offered more than 200 candidates for their open vacancies in the cleaning industry.

Cleaning staff offered much faster
These offers also brought new partners to Ideal Concept, which they might not have found on their own. "We still have partnerships with employment agencies, but the number of candidates they offer has decreased. With JEX Works, we now have new partners, which allows us to fill vacancies in the schedule more quickly."
The platform also helps with this, thanks to its fast switching, minimal time spent posting vacancies, and connecting with new partners. "It's a user-friendly portal, it works well, and we can see at a glance whether candidates have been offered and whether we can proceed with them." Ideal Concept does not have room in its schedule for all offers. But this does give them a wider choice of who they really want to work with.
Personal contact and necessary support
Before partnerships are established, the necessary negotiations take place via the platform. Given the wide range of options available, but also due to the company's schedule, the necessary assistance is greatly appreciated. "The collaboration with JEX and our Customer Success Manager is very pleasant. We receive immediate answers to minor questions. But even when we are unable to reach an agreement with a partner during negotiations, they are always there for us and immediately willing to help us further."
